Do you want to be an exhibitor at the Sami Church Day Market? It is still plenty of space.

We want to facilitate a quality market characterized by Sami / indigenous handicrafts and arts, Sami food products and Sami market traditions. If you are a potential exhibitor, we encourage you to contact us.

All exhibitors must send an application to get an assigned exhibit space to display their products. The application must contain a list of all products possibly exhibited / sold, with descriptions and pictures. Contact person: tore.johnsen@kirken.no

Exhibitors and their assistants must pay festival pass.

Opening hours: from 1030 to 2100. Stalls shall be closed during worships etc at the festival site.

Preliminary guidelines for the marketplace are:

• Dimensions of stalls (to be announced)
• Exhibitor is responsible for rigging of tables, tents etc. (to be approved by the organizer)
• Exhibitors are responsible for security and safety
• No drugs, animals, fire, or disturbing music.
• No parking inside the festival area without special permission from the organizer.
• Catering / dining is not permitted at the market. Sales of smaller products such as dried meat, cheese, jam, etc. must be made in accordance with the Food Safety Authority regulations.
• Exhibitors must adhere to the specified timetable and time for up and dismantled stall / exhibition.

Violation of the above terms may result in withdrawal of the festival pass and exclusion from the festival area.

Installation / dismanteling of stalls shall be made at designated time. Further details will be given.
